Production site

For production of drum filters and oxygen cones, our enterprise has organized the entire production cycle from metal working of rolled steel to the assembly of prefabricated components. At each stage, well-equipped work stations are organized: CNC machines, laser cutter, rounding machine, bending machine. Due to the fact that all units and parts of our drum filters and oxygenators are made of 100% stainless steel, all welding works are carried out using argon-arc welding. To improve the quality of welding, we have done a lot of work to ensure the smooth operation of welding stations.

The company pays extra attention to dimensional and geometrical accuracy. When manufacturing large units and mechanisms, these parameters are very important. For their observance and control, we use assembly and welding jigs. This approach ensures the required accuracy and positively affects the quality of the entire product.
